Ty R. Sagalow is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer of Zurich North America, the North American business division of Zurich Financial Services.

Mr. Sagalow has written several works on D&O liability, cyber-risk liability and new product development. He has appeared on televsion, radio and has spoken before multiple forums including the White House, Department of Homeland Security and testified before Congress.

A lawyer by training, Mr. Sagalow graduated summa cum laude from Long Island University, cum laude from Georgetown Law School and holds a L.L.M. from New York University Law School.
